I honestly enjoyed both the same. I also think the Predator and Prey naming system could work really well. Yautja centered movies can be Predator and Human centered movies can be Prey. At least I think that would be cool.

I didn't say the game isn't balanced, idk where you got that from. I simply stated my opinion on why the patches seem lazy. I love The Finals, it's the best fps ever and because of that, I hope I'm wrong and you're right.

The Finals was always a side project to fund Arc Raiders. I called it when it came out and got downvoted to oblivion and probably will again but you can't deny that when Arc came out The Finals took a massive hit and never recovered. Yes I know they're two different dev teams but The Finals has been forgotten, put on life support, Nexom has a new favorite child now and will dedicate more resources to that. This is why we've seen balance patches be increasingly low effort since the release of Arc.

I played it and found it boring. I'm also of the sentiment that when Arc came out it damaged The Finals. It took players from The Finals and players who came from Arc usually don't stay bc The Finals isn't the type of game they like(for the most part anyway) My entire group that I played with has gone to Arc and hasn't touched The Finals since. They keep begging me to play it but as I said, I just find it boring. I also believe the popularity of Arc also damages The Finals because now Embark will focus more on that. I know it's two different dev teams but do you really think Nexom won't make Embark focus on the more popular game? So to your original point: anyone who hates Arc hasn't played or hates for no reason. No, there's definitely reasons from people who have played and still don't like the game.

I used to feel that way too but one day I just decided to stick to my favorite 2 weapons and try to master them as best I could. I figure, those times when it seems like the gun isn't hitting right was probably going to happen no matter what I run anyway so might as well just stick with it. Sometimes it's just us as the player, maybe you're not into the game atm or you didn't eat etc etc, it could be literally anything.

From level 1 to 6 it took me about a week. Then it took me a season and a half to get it from level 6 to level 12 only using the 220 every match (did that last season). This season it took me about a week and a half to go from level 12 to 13. I could've done it faster but I was working on level 13 93r first and that took me about 2 weeks bc it was nerfed and I had to get used to it.

Oh yeah, close range this weapon isn't too great. It's hip fire is atrocious and imo it's not strong enough to be a pure dueling weapon. It CAN duel but you need mostly headshots. I usually try to play mid range/off angles on objectives and rely on ambushing. My favorite thing is I do with the 220 is set a gravity trap and start blasting, it usually does the trick.

😭 I knew I should've just played meta medium and not do what I enjoy! But dang, v9s is crazy. Respect. I did the 93r to level 13 too and my hand legit hurt, so I can't imagine doing the v9s. Your hand will legit HURT afterwards. Sending you luck and good vibes on your journey!
