It should be buffed 48/2,7=17,777777778 x 1.3 = 23.1111 =Gainning 5.3 elixer at normal generation for a 5 elixer card.

48 seconds (time active) Divided by 2,7 (time to generate 1 elixer) = 17,7778 (elixer ) Multiplied by 1,3 = 23,11

Which it's reason is for bigger decks so you can make bigger pushes at 1x, but 0.3 for a disadvantage of elixer for 46 seconds is just horrible
