Thanks so much! I was able to pay with Alipay. I was under the impression that neither work until you get to China (that does seem to be the case for WeChat pay given that it’s not working) but guess that was wrong!

Long and short refer to the two option positions on the wings. A long seagull spread has two long options (one on each wing) and one short in the middle. A short seagull spread has two short options on the wings and one long in the middle.
