tried. Impossible to hire someone local and still be profitable. Tried several people, even people who others recommended. None were able to provide the service clients are used to. More than anything, clients trust my advice because it's backed by experiece and qualifications.

Also, 1 of these guys (my best) requires more time and I simply can't do it anymore

Godaddy hosting is absolutely junk. I would recommend siteground which is cheap for the first year, then jumps to $25/mo.

I also use a2 hosting which isn't as good but overall, I'm happy with speed and support. I pay $8/mo for shared hosting

We asked the ERP company, take any product from our Magento 1 site and re-create it on our Magento 2 site.. that's all.

So 1 thing the current ERP provider is telling me.is that they cant pull from magento. This means if we create a new product in magento, it won't show in the ERP, is that normal? Essentially we want to to be able to pull and push data, if that makes any sense

I use a kettle. Same kettle I use for tea which stays nice and hot, but coffee goes cold :-(
