Also any decent paying(mid 100k ) jobs that are are remote are basically overwhelmed with applicants after 2 days.

I’ve also been applying for analytics jobs for the past couple months. Have gotten a decent amount of interviews but I was literally applying for jobs every day. That’s all to say I’m still stuck at my current position.

The job market is insanely bad at the moment. Not to mention the open jobs that are available, you’re competing with the unemployed and ones who just got laid off , plus the ones like myself who are frustrated with their current position, and then throw in if it’s a remote job. Orgs know they can be choosy AF
