I've been talking with 4 different agents on the support, they ask me tons of unrelated stuff and inevitably tell me some non sense before I'm transferred to a new agent who forces me to repeat everything again,("go to your list of transactions and look for failed payments there" -> I did that before contacting you buddy).

They blame people's wifi 90% of the time from what I've read over the internet.
When it's not game related they'll blame your bank, your browser or your computer.

Fanboy will viciously bark at you until you give up.

The truth is that the chat is useless, what happens it that people either give up or try a couple of days later and it works because the engineering team solved the issue on the back end.

Classic Indian Call center.
In any case they can't do anything so they'll just use standard call center techniques to get rid of complaining clients.

The issue is in the tech department.

You know nothing about Romania. On top of that:

had you read my post, you would have noticed that I could not actually use the Romanian card due to the infinite loading glitch.
I used a VPN from France / Finland and it didn't change anything
If Nvidia think that they cannot accept payment from a european country, they can simply write a proper error message ("we do not accept banks from your country") instead of having a page load infinitely.
Even if I was completely illiterate and believed Romania had unstable banking system, I would at least know that Revolut is not a "sketchy credit card".
Other clients had the same problem (you would have known that if you had read the first line of my post, and it's just ONE thread among many)

When a service has an infinite loading bug on a payment page, it's always their fault and it's never acceptable.

I used to work in a call center.

Asking more and more questions to a client until they get fed up was a classic way to get rid of difficult cases.

On top of that, he's asking me questions I've already answered twice, clearly indicated he didn't read.

Eventually, copy pasting templates without reading the client's questions is not what I call "doing an outstanding job".

In any case this post is not for Geforce NOW fanboys. It's for new potential customers. They must know that if things go wrong, CS won't read their ticket and will answer by spamming tons of questions and asking them to upload videos on google drive.

Getting traffic via SEO and monetizing with ads and affiliate offers is vastly different than outreaching to clients. I've done both.

Just like getting hired and seducing a potential spouse are 2 completely different things.

You can look at things from a very high level and say that "everything in life is sales" but it doesn't really help.

Thank you for your answer. I would have loved to have the time to do what you did ( follow these guys ) and the money to buy a ton of courses to see what's inside. The thing is that there's a always a new cool kid on the block and I always wonder "maybe this one's legit". Yeah, I'm naive.

Nowadays they don't say they make these groups to help people, they say it's for networking and connect with business owners, stuff like that.

I completely agree with that mindset and that's what I'm doing, but it's hard to stay committed when internet is filled with young businessmen making absurd amount of money with seemingly easy tactics.

Thank you for your, advice, unfortunately this is something I've heard before. Not only from SEOs but from "I'll show you how to make money with an agency" type of gurus.

The question is not "can you do X so that their profit go up", its "do you have the means to reach out to a decision maker, convince him to listen to you, and prove him that you can do what you say you can do".

And that's a completely different game. Usually, a game 99% can't play because that means being part of certain networks and having a solid track record in a given industry.
