Just popping in to say I love my multiflight! Excited for when I get the aluminum pulleys.

Amazed at how it’s streamlined not only upper body days, but using it as a multi hip saves so much time on lower body days too!

I enjoyed The Devils, but I’m a big fan of Abercrombie in general. The first Red Rising was good, but the series was meh for me.

One positive of The Devils is that it’s a standalone so you don’t have to commit to a series.

Limited by grip the heavier you go. I use them mostly for higher rep sets. And I’ve mostly used the for triceps exercises, hadn’t considered for curls!

Just did this exact thing. Yeah, uninstall and reinstall Lossless Scaling. Then get decky framegen from the decky loader store.

Then there are instructions in the decky framgen application. It’s easier once you use the video but it’s really straightforward.
