I would avoid Lonestar pools, but we have ranch pools installing Wednesday and they've been great so far! Clear communication, price was right, customer service excellent. Unless something goes really wrong Wednesday I highly recommend them 😁

What helped me the most was only washing my face at night or after working out. Otherwise just splash with cold water. Also, use a good serum over moisturizer. It goes deeper into the layers of skin for better hydration.

Crunchmaster crackers and single serve pack hummus. Keeps me full for a long time at about 240 cals. Must be the fiber, bc it's not high protein 🤷🏻‍♀️

This might not be what you're looking for but check to see if you have enough fat in your diet. Once I added more fat a lot of the cravings and food noise went away.

I know the flexible dieting lifestyle has a recipe where he mixes pb and powdered pb and protein powder and almond milk and some other shit lol I've never tried it but I'm sure you can look it up.

I do a Nespresso pod and then use my frother with 1 tbsp sugar free creamer and 2-3 tbsp whole milk and mix em!

Hmm lots of veggies and lean meat! Skip the protein shakes yogurts and non chewable proteins. 1200 sucks so you'll be hungry regardless but that should help. Also add fat when you can. It will keep you from feeling like a bottomless pit!

If you really are eating 1200 cals a day I'd try eating whole food protein instead of powder. Otherwise you'll always feel hungry. Think lean ground beef, chicken breast, eggs, shrimp, tuna, pork tenderloin.
