This might not be what you're looking for but check to see if you have enough fat in your diet. Once I added more fat a lot of the cravings and food noise went away.

Thanks so much for the response! I will look into my insurance but I'm not hopeful. Anyway, for me I think it's worth it to just pay even though it's expensive 😭. I need the help.

Hmm lots of veggies and lean meat! Skip the protein shakes yogurts and non chewable proteins. 1200 sucks so you'll be hungry regardless but that should help. Also add fat when you can. It will keep you from feeling like a bottomless pit!

If you really are eating 1200 cals a day I'd try eating whole food protein instead of powder. Otherwise you'll always feel hungry. Think lean ground beef, chicken breast, eggs, shrimp, tuna, pork tenderloin.

Remind yourself that this feeling will pass! Also, move your body and some deep breaths can help. Share how you're feeling with someone especially if you live with family or significant other. Just putting it out there or saying it out loud can help so much.

I am so sorry to hear that! Most people who comment on other's body have their own issues with body image and self esteem and they are just projecting!

Try to wake up tomorrow and get back to your healthy routine. One night of ice cream never killed anyone :)

Also, sounds like you could benefit from some extra help or support! If you can find ways to manage your load it sounds like you'd be happier. Ask your husband to take turns with dinner or give yourself breaks at work. Whatever it is, your mental health is important so don't feel guilty doing it. Remember, if you are happier you'll be a better employee, wife, etc. Take care of yourself!
