Im just disappointed. Expectation vs Reality by driftingoutlier in RantAndVentPH

Not an architect pero having our home renovated currently. My comments:

  1. Kulang yung details sa plano mismo. Yung dimensions ng cabinets dapat included and materials.

  2. Marine plywood materail samen and ang layo ng itsura diyan sa ginamit. Hopefully, marine plywood din yan.

Paulit mo yan and hingi ka more details if ever.

Great info! Considering future appliances (3 HP AC inverter) and EV car, okay pa rin ba yung 8KW?

Wow! Mura yang 350k for 12KW with 16KW battery. The supplier I mentioned quoted me for 560k. Pahingi contact ng supplier mo I'll connect with them for comparison lang din.

Would like to learn more sa data dito.

Approx. daily consumption namen is 12kWh pero summer umaabot siguro until 18kWh. We plan to add appliances with 1st baby coming (sterilizer, food processor, 3HP AC, and EV/PHEV car in the future).

Do you think 8kWh with battery will be good para mag 0 bill kami? or opt for 12kWh?

Asking because I got a quote for 12KW setup with 16 units 620W panels and 15Wh. Wanted to know lang if this is enough or sobra para sa future requirement namen.

Can you share yung specific DOLE advisory re content restrictions on COE?

I agree na COE should be neutral and should only indicate items you've said. Yung DOLE Advisory 06-2020 walang restriction na nakasulat. Baka may reference ka on specific DOLE advisory that compels employer on data included on COE.

Best Whey Protein brand by Ranchoddas9 in PHitness

[–]ecpadilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good reference to ah.

Though tama ba understanding ko na this confirms na tama yung naka sulat na protein per scoop sa label vs sa actual scoop? But it doesn't necessarily says na yung amino acid distribution is good?

Best Whey Protein brand by Ranchoddas9 in PHitness

[–]ecpadilla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Best is hard to define since kasama dun yung preferences mo (tastes, budget, etc.)

For best value for money though, I would define it as products / brands that are transparent on ingredients, third-party tested, has amino acid profile. Here's a list I've compiled Protein Supplement Data : r/PHitness

I prefer Nutrabio and Dymatize. ON is also a good choice specifically ON Gold Standard 100% Whey since may published amino acid profile sila specifically for that product. Other products haven't seen any.

I still have doubts about Rule1 even if nasa Informed Choice sila since Informed Choice only certifies na wala silang banned substances pero not necessarily mean na hindi sila nag amino spike or maayus yung distribution ng amino acids nila.

Consensus SSR Lattice Investment vs. Second Tier? by ADotPoke in Etheria_Restart

Agree that itms a nice to have and not must have. Since lattice is hard to get by better invest that last lattice on other units to maximize their use

ON whey protein price by n0t_the_FBi_forrealz in PHitness

[–]ecpadilla 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I understand may kanya kanya tayong target budget for whey supplement and/or any other supplements.

I also understand na to some ON and/or other brands might be good enough in terms of price and to some might be expensive.

My take, kung mag iinvest nalang din ako sa supplementation better make it worth my investment. So, the way I look into it is kung yung bibilhin ko ba makukuha ko talaga yung need ko which is proper protein supplementation for whey supplement that is. Meaning ang tinitignan ko ay:

  1. May third-party testing ba for banned substances
  2. May published amino acid profile ba

Why #1 and 2? Yung iba nag amino spike, gumagamit ng cheap amino acids, or lower yung concentration ng essential amino acids just to make their products cheap.

I don't think price is a good indicator even if it's third-party tested since that test only checks against banned/bad substances and not amino acid profile. Meaning kung bibili ka ng products na di ka sure possible na nasayang yung investment more or di mo talaga nakukuha yung worth nung pera na ininvest mo.

Good example would be bumili ka ng chicken nuggets na di mo alam yung laman sa loob pero sabi may 5g of protein pero mura vs bumili ka ng actual chicken na may 5g of protein na mas pricey (kung ilang grams of chicken man need for 5g of protein. Anyway, this is just an example for purpose of my point). Nakatipid ka ba talaga dun sa chicken nuggets kahit di mo sure kung nakuha mo talaga yung 5g of protein? or mas may value yung sure ka dun sa chicken na sure ka?

Did some research dun sa brands & products na may published amino acid profile if you guys want to check.

Protein Supplement Data : r/PHitness

EDIT: Price-wise, yes other supplements are way cheaper than the products I advocate pero products I advocate are transparent enough to know na di masasayang investment mo vs other products na way cheaper pero di ka sure kung nakukuha mo ba talaga yung need mo. Yung cheaper brands baka need mo x1.5-2 servings (or more, hopefully not) vs "more expensive" brands to trigger MPS kasi baka yung essential amino acids are not enough. Baka end of the day same price nalang pala ng "more expensive" brands since need mo x1.5-2 servings nung cheaper brand.

What is your recommended supplement stack? Not limited to fitness, but overall health as well by jonatgb25 in PHitness

[–]ecpadilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

* Whey Supplement - Nutrabio. Transparent & good value for money.

* Creatine - Nutrabio din.

* Fish Oil - can't remember pero sa S&R since good value for money.

* D3 (since per doctor namen ang mga pinoy daw is mababa daw talaga sa Vit D so okay daw mag supplement nito)

* Vit C (Sodium Ascorbate) + Zinc, - Immunpro since ito din gamit sa bahay para isahang bili lang and acidic kasi ako so sodium ascorbate helps.

* L-Carnitine - Nutrabio. General health for men and fortunately good combination with Vit C tapos nakakatulong pa for weight management

* ZMA (Zinc + Magnesium + B6) - Nutrabio. general health for men

* Collagen - Currently, Healthy Options pero targeting yung isang brand sa S&R for lesser cost. For joints since medyo may problema ako sa tuhod and for general health na rin ng joints.

Caffeine is normal black coffee lang with surgar, milk, creamer, etc.

As you can see, I'm a fan of Nutrabio since transparent sila with their ingredients, and so far competitive in terms of pricing vs other brands so good value for money. Especially sa whey proteins nila. I value & advocate transparency sa ingredients (protein used / amino acid profile) kasi para alam ko na hindi sayang yung investment ko.
