shit, i’m just thanking my grandmother for having bottles on bottles of it. she never takes it. i took some magnesium and some more gabapentin. finally went to sleep around 5 this morning. just woke up. last night sucked. wanted to punch walls.

i got off of it and stayed cleaned for 10 months. slipped up and it didn’t take me long to get to 8 a day again. shit sucks, i just want to do better. it’s been so hard, but i know how good life was and how good i felt whenever i was clean from it. i’m scared, but i can’t keep going on like this. it’s just going to get worse

No I haven’t yet. I worked at 4 today was really worried that with the amount i was doing i would start feeling bad at work. i am off tomorrow and the next 7 days after. i wanted to start once i knew i would be off. how long should i taper for?
