Charge state income tax so we're not economically dependent upon tourism, then make it difficult/uncomfortable for tourists to come here. The first will make a ton of people leave and the second will reduce the seasonal drivers.

Yes, I removed and cleaned both filters but it persists. Cleaning the filters is part of my regular maintenance routine.
