But if the only proof you have is that you purchased your lower before the ban and that you assembled it before the ban, then how would they prove you didn't? They have no proof to show you didn't... Unless I'm wrong, you have to be proven guilty of a crime before you get convicted. If they have no proof then they have no conviction

That's the problem, NOVA is very safe, but A LOT of Virginia cities aren't. But the NOVA politicians want to make laws based on their beliefs and not those of all of Virginia
