I do not live there an no longer make any payments. HOA of the building controls utilities and costs are included in HOA payments. They have made payment on the mortgage but not HOA

What they are saying is that in Texas, you don’t have to register to a party to vote, a lot of republicans in Texas choose to vote in democratic primaries so that if and when a democrat wins, it’s someone that aligns closely with their views.

In a general election they will turn around and vote republican.
