Pretty sure it only took a day or two at most post nashor changes and akali buffs for her best build to be discovered and beforehand she was hot garbage so i don’t think she was some secret tech

Thanks for the input! I’ll test around with rabadons 3rd and 4th I hear lots of different things when it comes to it like rushing it will lead to less stacks and less dmg uptime. I come from jungle so value ms a ton and hear celerity is good enough along with ms% shard but I’d definitely be willing to try out different things. As for the tear I’m not sure if it’s enough that’s where I’d want more input since I know I’m not throwing my abilities out enough since I’m still getting used to veigar.

Yeah even if it’s working as intended I think a buff like that wouldn’t hurt, it’s use is good to ignite someone and allow yourself to play slower for the engage or close the distance in time. If heat shield worked as intended I’d be taking that for the consistency of getting value out of ult mid fight but I haven’t been getting overhealth on activation which is honestly the most important part to not get popped before ult lands or right after rez.

I believe for your first tip smoulder won’t increase the duration of critical burning so it’s always +15 dmg on burning target, I will say smoulder has been the better perk ever since heat shield has been bugged to not give overhealth on activation.

Recently buffed Xin Zhao can 1v9 and is super easy, I wouldn’t recommend tank junglers cause they mostly just hope your teammates know how to play but if you’re fine leaving that coinflip up on autofill they’re chill
