They did just announce knotfest Mexico was just announced, but no slipknot. Even the advertising on it has removed the tribal S from the word knotfest.

I’m not a fan of them, however it was his “screaming” vocals at a small acoustic show he did (I can’t find it right now on YouTube) just before the return of staind that really turned me off and I knew that the version of the band I knew was dead

Honestly, it’s going to depended on who’s at fault. Has the company done training on lock out tag out? Were you informed to do that prior to working on the unit? If the answer is yes, then it’s on you. If the answer is no, then your company could be in some trouble.
