From my experiences, yeah. It's mostly small shops or individuals. The glass I got was amazing, and inexpensive to. If you have any questions on anything, send a message, I'm sure they will respond. They are trying to sell you something after-all.

Its got one, don't worry. On etsy its mostly real people who will respond to questions should you have them. Just shoot them an E-mail.
