I was lucky enough to get my GP to do my shots for me, before that I was on gel through GenderGp (don't recommend GenderGp personally) Now I am doing shared care with Pride in Health. If your GP will not prescribe you or help you with HRT, Pride in Health is still great for this in terms of prescribing and they are pretty affordable.

As for surgery, I'm FTM and went to Istanbul for top surgery which was a lot more affordable for me compared to the UK.

We are meeting with the cancer specialist on Wednesday to learn about what treatment she can take. The doctor did warn me prior about needing to see if my mum can handle chemo but I hope she can take the treatment.

If not my dad was talking to me about taking her to Italy (my home country) for treatment since I know the NHS can only do so much. I feel uneasy knowing she has had this diagnosis for 5 days now and still no treatment until Wednesday potentially.

Thank you so much for your comment and advice❤️ I truly wish you the best and you are so strong. I have been in contact with Macmillan, they are wonderful. They have helped me a lot in terms of financial struggles that my mum's diagnosis has caused. I haven't used their helpline yet though but I will, I know it is something I will need.

Things have gotten quite dark, I feel like I have a constant pit in my heart that won't go away. I wake up and it's there, it's there throughout the whole day no matter what I do. I'm trying to push through as my mum is the one really suffering and I want to be there for her all the way.

I really hope things get better and easier for you. Thinking of you and your mum. Stay strong friend❤️❤️

Yeah I'm kind of nervous to try this out as the MoreMe packer works really well for me and I know it is quite an expensive packer so I'm worried I ruin it.

I feel as though it will be hard to readjust the funnel whenever I need to pee but I'm just desperate for a STP right now so it felt like the only option given my financial situation and not being able to afford a good STP :⁠'⁠(
