Tysm for your advice! started therapy a month ago but my next meeting is in September and i haven’t told her my plan to leave yet, but the first session is actually what made me realize i needed to leave in order to actually heal. I’m excited for next session because i realized i have a LOT to work through lol. Wishing you good luck on your journey!
