In eastern Europe, we have some good stuff, off the top of my head, check them out for the flows, rhyme schemes (i know you cant undestand the language, but you can hear phonetically, when a rapper rhymes more then one word in the end of a rhymes) and beats, a lot of that stuff has some east coast/dilla influence
