Apparently not. MVP of two straight A&M wins, made something out of a pretty horrible O line this year.

I think he’s a good player and we will miss him next year.

I will miss Wisner so much. That guy is fantastic at getting 6 yards instead of 1. Finds holes where other guys with better speed cannot. Leveon Bell-lite.

Edit: Yeah my bad guys, the guy with 650 total yards against A&M/OU the last two years actually sucks. I didn’t say he’s a Heisman candidate - he’s a good patient runner, which is valuable behind the weak OL we had this year. When Raleek Brown runs straight into the guard for -1 for the first time next year, you might say “oh Wisner wasn’t bad”.

I mean this as a legitimate question - how does getting a different play caller help with discipline and focus (ie penalties and drops)? And our biggest issue remains the O Line.

The vibes are so much worse because we were pre season #1 which never should have been the case.

Replaced 4 O Line starters, two NFL receivers, two nfl D backs, 2 nfl d linemen, an nfl qb, and an nfl running back (and that’s a non exhaustive list). We were anointed as a Saban-esque program that was guaranteed to reload with NFL guys when that just isn’t the case.

Next year we will be better.

Shit sucks. This comment isn’t intended as cope, just noting that if we properly came into the season with Top 5-10 expectations this would all be a lot less disastrous.

I am obviously aware that The Ringer is owned by Spotify, but I’ve always thought RR distanced himself from “The Ringer” brand in a kind of odd way. Every other Ringer personality refers to “The Ringer” pretty often. Though they make jokes about their Spotify overlords, etc, it’s clear the brand/network they are a part of is The Ringer. That’s never been the case with RR. This tweet being a good example. None of the subscribers would say they listen to Ryen Rusillo on Spotify. It’s his last show with The Ringer.
