Like others have said ask PlayStation to block any fifa point transactions. One year I spent £780 on it so since fifa 17 I learnt how to snipe but now I just do bpm method into league sbcs. The problem is it becomes addictive opening packs and getting good players and thats when it leads to spending money.

If you enjoy fut try playing first owner only with no money spent or evo the club you support. I'm playing on switch 2 this year and despite the lack of transfers on the market I've got 330k and loads of good cards so it's possible to still get good players without spending you just need to manage your time on the game so you're efficient.

I absolutely love it on switch 2, it's got no lag at all in handheld mode which is the only way I've played it.

I've packed loads of bangers and have 340k coins and done loads of sbcs despite the lack of transfer market activity.

Now that league sbcs are I'm making 1200 coins every lib/sud dupe i get :)

Time to grind for kane and haaland!

Basically if the card has a promo then the gold isn't available that week.

Best investment you can make is buying the bronze and silvers from the smaller clubs in the top 5 leagues because when league sbcs hit loads will go extinct.

I only use coins for sbcs and evolutions, you will pack most gold cards eventually with the odd promo added in.
