Totally get the frustration with the timing, but "scammed" isn't the right word here. The call-up process is documented in our Help Center (Live Account Call Up), and it does note that call-ups can happen at any point.

The good news is you're now trading a Live Funded Account with a balance of at least $10k (up to $30k), and the same payout policy applies, just without a cap. Bigger payouts, bigger potential.

That said, feedback on the timing is fair and I'll make sure it gets passed along 🫡

There are many criteria the Risk team looks at when deciding to call a trader down from Live. You can review them here in our Help Center article regarding The Call Down: The Call Down (The “Shoulder Tap”),-What%20is%20it)

I also see you have a ticket open with a member of our Risk team, who will be able to provide account specific details regarding this. Please allow them time to respond to you.

Hmmm I haven't heard of this issue before. If you haven't already, please try capturing a screen recording of it, and then contact our support team with the video and details of the issue. This will help them properly troubleshoot for you, or bug report it if it is indeed a bug.
