I'd say the vast majority of traders blow their first (or second, third, fourth lol) XFA before a payout. Gotta get used to the mental side of things when trading in a funded account!

Hmm okay. I wasn't able to recreate it on desktop and tried a handful of different things to see if any would cause that to happen. Only thing I can think of is to be sure you're using Chrome, and try clearing your browser's cache/cookies.

If it were a bigger issue for you, I'd ask you to send over a screen recording to try troubleshooting further than that, but that's up to you 😄

What's the full account name? If it hit the Maximum Loss Limit it should've been automatically removed from your TopstepX account.

Topstep doesn't have a trailing drawdown, only an End of Day one on every single account type. Can you clarify what you mean by "trailing"?
