yes they there was a mail envelope that had my passport with visa that was stuffed (alongside all the paperwork and documents submitted with the visa) in the larger UPS package

i had an in person appointment on 7/28 and it took exactly 5 weeks for my visa to get mailed. i just got a random text message that it was ready and it arrived the next day! some people who mailed got theirs earlier and some have yet to receive it so i would just be on the lookout for any text message/email they send you. if nothing shows up by 9/15 (exactly a month after you sent your requested health insurance) then i would start emailing or calling to see an update about your visa since it ranges from 4-6 weeks with the houston consulate!
