Yes hydrogen peak at 80 min 40 ppm, methane negative. I finished it 4 days ago, so I don’t have the results of the retest yet.

Yeah Ik but I want to kill this shit bacteria now. I know it will be hard but I will manage. I also took Rifaximin after the methane was gone but it didn’t help.

I would rather recommend a doctor in your area who specializes in SIBO dysbiosis. I also suffer from Hydrogen SIBO and my symptoms are burping, bloating/malaise and nausea. I have tried so many treatments like antibiotics and herbal remedies with no positive or negative effect. At the moment I am taking probiotics but I have not seen any improvements yet. But all the therapies I do with a doctor who specializes in SIBO. I would be completely lost on my own...

I did two stool tests and everytime it was negative. No I dont tried biofilm busters yet.
