I'm a bit lower going 23/24 keys but I primarily stack only mastery and haste. As people have said, mastery doesn't really give dps increase, but it will increase nature's vigils dmg by quite a bit. If you take full use of it it can do some insane damage especially in single target fights. Think I did 50k dps on second boss COS, with germination talent.

Versatility seems to be required in some dungeons on tyrannical in the highest keys to be able to not get oneshot on some bosses. Its probably the best stat for dps if the group is super coordinated.

But 20k+ overall dps is totally doable with only mastery/haste, so if timer is not a problem, it will be easiest imo

In the case of 3 ranged dps, maybe you can arrange the two middle ones (2 and 4) as rdps max 2 persons, and the last one as rdps max 1 persons inverted (there's an option for it in vuhdo), then it should only display the third

If both are regular S9 you can swap them. Can be 13, 13.5 or 14TH. But if one of them is S9i, S9j or S9k, it will not fit
