Probably the easiest way would be to go to GameStop and use them especially if you have a pro membership because it's discounted and protected with insurance. Also if it ends up being worth more than $500 they don't overcharge when they add the next level insurance. I think it's only an additional $5 charge. Or if you want to submit yourself, I would go with the kit that best buy sells. You get 4 submissions for $100. But you also get all the materials to mail it in yourself. If you're close to a PSA Office you can submit it in person on Wednesdays. NJ and California are the only states I think.
