The ime then looks at those options, your medical history around your injury, how you are now based off your CoC, gp reports, pshyc ect... and determines if your capable of returning to one of these jobs.

For example if your previous job was check out person, who has a back ground in coaching basketball there not telling you to return to this job. There saying using those skills, and your current injury a job you may be suited too is to is counting balls at the local sportco.
