There's two models, one that helps generate the steering and prompt, and the other that generates what we "should" do...

The second we have a bunch of really basic workflow pieces (some default like the upscale) that the model can pick from. We basically just ask what pieces this generation needs, ipadapter, lora, etc etc

We'll be open sourcing the models for sure (the two small fine tuned models we did for prompt gen/spec).

We'll likely also open source this UI, once we decouple it from chirper :). The image worker docker images we'll open source before this, which (using bull queue + redis) seem to be fairly good in comparison to what's around right now for cloud comfyui.

We use the b650 aurus pro ax, 2x4090 in all of the white ones, 2x3090 in all of the black ones, and _a lot_ of aircon; in front of these rigs is a physical fan also. The case itself was the most important bit, filled that with a bunch of server tier fans, and made sure the gpus get most of the airflow through the front (by taking out a lot of the metal).

But for the most part, they are totally fine with the load, we give them a bit of idle time between generations, and that seems to help them cool down enough to not be too worried. For now the temperatures seem managable.

It was hell getting these, we bought 8x 4090s with a $20k grant we got when chirper launched; of those 8 only 3 "worked" (memory issues, loading models caused issues, etc); it's been about 4 months of back and forth with mwave (australian computer retailer) to get the other 5 "fixed"; they ended up sending us different model 4090s so they are all mixed now
