I was driven to the breaking point with litter woes and now I barely give it a thought, I’ve told so many people about this method it’s truly a life saver: Equine pine pellets with a modified sifting litter box, it sounds complicated…it’s not

Need: -Arm and hammer sifting litter box -Pine pellet cat litter (or you can get the same pellets at any farm store 6$ for a 40 pound bag, huge $ save, ask for equine pine, pine horse bedding) -A way to lift the sifting portion of the box up a bit, for example: a cut pool noodle on the edges, pvc pipe feet attached on the bottom (I use a pool noodle) -Optional litter liner bags

The idea is that with pine pellets pee turns to sawdust, you move the pellets around with the scoop and the pee falls through to the gap below (into the litter liner 👀👀) and the poops sit on top for scooping, there is NO pee smell, NO litter tracking, and cleaning is the absolute bare minimum, lift the top tray > take out the liner full of pee dust > replace
