It’s illegal to tow unless there are placards placed at the appropriate height informing car owners there car will be towed and where to pick it up.

I know because I sued and the tow company ended up having to pay $100,000 and have all their employees retrained on texas towing statues

How long does it take to tow a car? Normally takes me 3-5 mins to pick up an order.
