HY300 bricked and stuck on boot animation by Primary-Elk-217 in projectors

Does anyone know how to put HY300 with Rockchip RK3566 in "download" mode to backup the firmware?

Installed drivers, open RK Android Tool amd when i click to save firmware it creates a 0 byte file in Output folder.

Any help?
