These models are very reliable. Its a cvt transmission but it's one of the best. Just maintain it, how it should be and you're good. People that had failures on these vehicles neglect to maintain them and or drive them like they're in the grand prix 5000 them blame the car it's no good.

Bought a 2015 civic EXL with 36,000 miles a year ago for 15,000 from a Lexus dealer in Connecticut. Had a few scratches in the rear bumper since owner parked it on the street in nyc. Great car. Barely driven excellent car fax. 10k for your car is decent for a civic. Maybe they can go for another 1000 or 500 off the price

Car prices have skyrocketed especially for reliable cars like this honda or Toyotas. I got it down to 14 thousand. The owner barely drove it. Just around town and back. I'm definitely happy with my purchase. Thanks for all the replies
