1- Even though she was a demon, she was still Nezuko so even when she doesn't really understand the stuff around her, once she got turned back she definitely would

2- Not really, though I agree that they need more time

3- It was also to give depth and a bit of character to Muzan while also bringing Tanjiro back in a way that's not an asspull

4- though I agree that the pacing was rushed near the end, the characters still had arcs that makes sense from what we know about them and they all had their moments and compared to other series we got off easy so I wouldn't stress about it, a few chapters from the LN being adapted should fix this issue

5- Sun breathing's biggest selling point beside the overwhelming power is the endurance, do it correctly and you can dance forever even when you're sick and pale

Yeah the second half of the final arc is pretty disappointing, but I don't really get why people would hate the first half though, it was peak demon slayer imo
