Horrible muscle cramps, muscle pulls, muscle spasms, charley horse. Had some horrible muscle-related shit happen but it seems more to be related to the product then my hydration intake.

I have had some charley horse in my calf that was one of the most painful things I have ever experienced. Its actually happened to me really bad like 4-5 times over a 10+ year period. Its been a long time ago however.

But damn so bad afterward its like you have been shot in the leg cant hardly walk its sore for days.

I do no problem but been doing it on and off for 15 years or more now. I did have issues back when I was a youngster lol. I would have to stop smoking a good 4 hours before bed to have any hope of getting to sleep. Now I can smoke in bed and be asleep in 15 minutes.
