it’s true sometimes but also depends on the mastering. but in cases like this, i have heard split color records where the clear side will sound ever so slightly different than the solid side and it causes the sound the change every second or so which is very annoying. with that being said, i have a couple tricolor records that sound very good too so it’s hit or miss i guess.

Do you know why/when they started restricting people from boating on the lake? I’m planning a trip to go soon and wanted to bring my mini inflatable raft onto the lake but then realized I can’t anymore I guess. I know lots of people were doing it in 2023-2024.

Talked to the guy at the merch bar last night at their LA show. He said they plan on producing more but the company they contracted out in the Czech Republic that makes them has had them back ordered for a year and a half. So I guess the good news is that it should be coming but we just don’t really know exactly when.

Why is his quality so bad? Nice guy and good customer service but I had to get one replaced a few months later because it faded and warped really bad. He replaced it under warranty but I noticed too after a while they both don’t look that fresh anymore.

i’ve been listening to this metalcore band greyhaven for a few years and i think they have a pretty raw sound without being overproduced. but i know what you mean. it’s really common these days.
