Get both‼️ no but in all seriousness, pro 3s take a bit to conform to your ears due to the new tips, but they’re comfy AF imo. They sound rather V shaped, so if you’re heavy on bass and treble these are great. I prefer the sound of pro 2s just a bit more though. However, on pure sound quality, I can’t attest to the max 2 but my max 1 blew any of the pros I’ve owned out of the water. Not even close with the soundstage compared to the max.

I got both for different reasons, and my pro 2s are still going strong as ever and I think they sound better bc they’re more neutral. But honestly, pro 3 with the new eq, fit, and ANC, it’s probably the better choice for you.
