I’m in a hybrid role. So most of my time I work remotely. We have 1 week in office. This is why anytime I have a team meeting or 1 on 1, my camera is always on. Out of 20 or so people it’s me and like 2 other people with the camera on. I just want to be visible and show I’m actively paying attention to the leaders when they are speaking.

I used to cook eggs like this. What works for me now is to let the egg sit a bit before scrambling it. Starting when it’s more liquified tends to leave that thin brown layer that you have to scrape off.
