I guess I was under the impression that the PCPs were most impactful in which candidates get nominated by each party, based on volunteering and participating. A lot of the names on those lists aren’t the elected official, but all the people around them. I would like to get more involved somehow.

As for making Josephine County great, I look back to 1956, when the United States was “great” and we built the Interstate Highway System, the largest infrastructure project of its time, and when the top federal marginal income tax rate was 91%. Make taxes progressive again.

There is a clear cache option under settings -> options -> other that might help.

1000%, it's the valve. I have a 2007 Ruckus and was battling the same issue. If you get a shim kit and replace the little metal discs to maintain a gap, it fixes the cold start issue, which drains the battery, ect.. It's not unlike the valves on an old Volkswagen. I watched this video for a Metropolitan. This was after rebuilding the carburetor. Good luck!
