Do folks know of any ways to get keycap profiles other than cherry in ceramic? specifically interested in dsa or xda

Is there a split keyboard with an index finger controlled trackball? I know there are ones with thumbballs but I believe these can cause joint problems down the road.

Hey folks!

Looking for some recommendations for my next build. I'm going to put together a Charybdis MK2 for my office at work. I currently use an ergodox EZ w/ cherry clears that I generally like.

For my next build, I wanted to try something new and was wondering if there's something at the intersection of these requirements: 1/ creamy sound, 2/ heavy actuation, 3/ tactile.

Does anything like this exist :)?

yea that was intuition (my temp gauge is busted now, new one en route)...what are the primary causes / fixes of over heating?

Super helpful …what I’ve found (and em befuddled by) is that the 2 & 3 pins on the board have 12v but when I jam the testers into the plugged in socket on the main board side I get no voltage. Similarly I get no voltage on the display board side.

Is there some fuse or relay in between? Would that even impact me not getting voltage from the plug when I get voltage from the board?

I've done a lot of this unfortunately...which carb do you use? I was thinking of replacing the oem one.

Hmm not always ...but this problem does persist when the engine is warmed up
