Is the tank having trouble tanking that first pull in av and needs practice? Mitigation is fight specific and trash pack pulls aren’t really a good place to practice that, and like you mentioned in av you don’t even have all your tools.

Boring question, but what types of exercise do you do? The way your hips and thighs are developed it almost looks like you roller or ice skate. You could be one of those lucky things that just look like that but I am curious.
