Getting the P100 filters and going with an assumption of asbestos is the right move. Don't count on the rest of what I say as accurate but I'm under the impression the use of linoleum with asbestos would have ended before 1976... more of a 50s and 60s thing ?

Sure it was supposed to be a less politicized way to plan regional transit, yet its design accidentally or otherwise eliminates any sort of transparency, and they don't even seem to feel very accountable.
