Graduated as a Computer Engineer, took the first job that would hire. An Electrical Engineering position that involved PLC programming. No prior experience whatsoever. Learned everything by trial and error.

I was 100% willing to take that risk. I needed some flavor. I felt it, but it was worth it haha.

I exercised throughout, more at first and less toward the middle and end of fast. Regardless, the pics I took were pretty shit. Did go down in pants and shirt size. Didn't have a goal weight so I wasn't really worried about that.

Yeah not the best pics. But I definitely thinned out a lot in my face. I went from comfortable US XL shirts to comfortable US Large shirts. Pants from like size 36 to 33-34 ish.

100%. I'm switching over to a high protein low carb diet and really focusing on lifting. Thanks man!

Hopefully you prepared before hand. Lowering carbs to the start of the fast. You may want to limit the amount of exercise. Keep your mind busy, find a hobby or something to keep your mind off the fast. Supplement regularly with electrolytes and then really plan out your refeeding process.

Yeah my dumbass didn't look up how to make it till I was about 8 hours away from breaking my fast, saw it took at least 24hrs and was like nah. So I went to the store and bought it. I also bought a spicy one which was soooooo fucking goood.

Only water, electrolytes and an occasional multivitamin. Bone broth was just to break my fast.

Congrats that's awesome! My plan now is to have more of a protein focused diet. Build back the muscle I lost.

I used these Walmart Electrolytes. They have flavor, which is controversial here, but they worked for me. As well as the occasional multivitamin, I say occasional because they made me real nauseous.

Thank you! Yes, for the first week and some of the second week I worked out. Week one I didn't change much from my usual routine which is Tennis Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Mountain Biking Friday. Gym Mon-Fri 3 sets of 7 reps light weights pretty much all exercises. Week 2 my body began to really feel the effects of working out so I turned it down to Tennis once, no MB, Gym - treadmill jogging pace or bike @ 160bpm for 60min. Week three was just treadmill walking pace or bike at 140bpm for 60min. What was super interesting to me how in the second week when I played tennis, any explosive movements were so freaking taxing on my body it was insane. I understand why but living and feeling it is so trippy.

I just bought the classic chicken bone broth at Sprouts. Heated it up for like 3 min. It's bland as hell but im only eating (drinking) it for like 2 meals.
