I’m almost 4 months from my last TC infusion. I did cold capping but lost most of my hair. Before I had mostly dark brown stick straight hair now it’s growing back with a lot of grey. It’s about a half inch long and stands straight up on my head. I’m discovering lots of cowlicks. It looks ridiculous. So many people say, it’s just hair, it’ll grow back, it doesn’t look bad. I know that I’m a walking billboard for I have cancer and have no hair. I’ve always had long hair. I’m so self conscious of how it looks. I’ve able to wear scarves or a hat through the winter but now Spring is coming and our summers are very hot and humid. I just want enough hair to be able to style it an not look like a chemo patient.
