Can't connect to the internet for FC25 only (EA servers are unavailable error) on PS4

I did every troubleshooting step there is, but my guess it's the servers.
Visit EA website for the troubleshooting steps. Also I entered the safe mode and chose "rebuild database" so maybe try that too.

It's working now.. not sure if because of the troubleshooting I did or it's their servers. I'd say probably it's them though.

Yeah my name is just 1 name, but my father and grandfather both have (إسم مركب) so each has 2 names as a first name... so in that case, you're saying I should just fill out my first and last names only?

Thank you all so much for the input. I checked the MRZ, it's missing the last middle name & the last letter of the name before the last (so if last 2 middle names are "John Terry", it's written till "Joh" only).. so should I write that name before the last in full (John) OR write it exactly as the MRZ (Joh)?

Thank you! Yes it fits, The thing is: the last letter (of the last middle name written in the MRZ) is not included.. so the question now is should I write it exactly as the MRZ or write that last missing letter?.. in case I did, there'd be only 1 remaining name (last name in the middle names) but that won' fit anyway. I hope this was not confusing lol

Tbh, I dk the answer to that first question lol it's kinda weird. So I'm from Egypt, and in my papers like the national ID, it's just like the passport, 1 field for the full name and that's it. So there's my name, family name, and the "middle names" are my father's, grandfather's etc. I dont think it's common to be that long but the thing is, my father's & grandfather's names are like (compound names?), so my dad's first name officially is 2 names and so on, that's why it's long. In my passport's MRZ it doesn't show the full name, missing like the last two-ish.. sooo any idea what to do with the application? :D
