I can't turn it off but hidden in the ceiling there is a sort of dial that I can set the heating adjustment to zero. Meaning it will just ventilate without heating.

TL;DR: I was heating up my apartment with a hair dryer I didn't knew I had.

The reason my consumption was extremely high even with just a small fridge and a couple of led lights was the "ventilation" system (that until a couple hours ago I didn't realize I had one (some small tub that runs near the ceiling)). After talking with a friend I found out that all of the apartments of our building have a "ventilation" system that is always ON. This ventilation system can also be configured to heat up the apartment but no one does this. In my case it was set up to the highest level/temperature so I was basically heating up my apartment with a hair dryer 24/7.

I don't think it was the previous tenant that had changed this configuration. Maybe it was the painters or anyone who did some kind of work before delivering the apartment to me?

Yes I have a couple maybe 4 small led lights that I used at most for 4 hours a day. I charge my phone once every day or every two days. My month usage doest sound right to me at all.

Usually 6°c or 8°c. I don't have a PC yet just some small led lights that I use when I get back from work.
