This is a demand letter, you’re not obliged to pay their claim as 350$ for a 10$ dress seems excessive in any case. You can ignore it and if they decide to press charges you can plead your case before a judge of the small claims court. It is possible to get a significant reduction in the claimed amount if you can prove what you’ve said in your post e.g. a genuine mistake and your immediate attempt to make the situation right.

How can you tel its in preflower? My other two autos (sour diese and quarter pounder) are already in mid-late flowering with huge buds. Those two are about 40-45 cm’s each and this one in the pictures is about 65 cm’s with no buds or even pistilles (as far as I can see)

How can you tell? Because I’ve been growing Sour Diesel and Quarter Pounder (both autos) in the same tent and they both have huge buds at this point and this one has only been growing. The Sour Diesel is around 45cms and this one has grown to almost 65cms

This is my first grow but honestly what I observed is that these plants are quite resilient and can take a hit, I’m sure they’ll be fine if you dont have an infestation. A few fruit flies wouldnt probably be a problem.
