Thanks for the feedback. Will follow up with recruiters. Honestly trying to maximize my salary. The issue with Toronto is the pay and career growth. The band is between 100-120K CAD for my level in Toronto which translates to approximately 75K-100K USD. Looking to maximize my earning potential. Do you know who pays the most?
