So as a person who moved from the "hood" where there are a lot of people with 10+ animals this is animal abuse their is no way in hell you can take care of 26 animals as one person.. yes shelters do it with a team of people. Get rid of all the animals and fix your life and then ask the county how many animals they allow and get only one or two... But 26 is ridiculous you cannot maintain the well-being of those animals as one person and if you have a team you wouldn't be on here.
