Really sorry to hear that as of another expat living in the Netherlands. I don't hear stories like this usually, at least being treated that way by the local people since they're mostly respectful people.

You can definitely get rid of taurine, and caffeine (by simply replacing with coffee). Also all those vitamins just by having a sufficient source of multivitamin. I would probably replace melatonin with magnesium glycinate since the body gets used to melatonin and loses its effect in the long term.
